try pulling the radio fuse for about 10 min. then put it back in. there is a chance it will reset something in the radio to let it eject.

Yeah I have no idea either. I was just happy to see it on the shelf. I would have liked it back if they didnāt want it.
But then the management does seem to be a little extreme. They have quite a procedure for checking out books contactless now. Pick them up in the lobby after ordering on-line. They are wrapped in plastic. Then when they are returned, they let them decompress for two weeks to make sure everything is dead before putting them on the shelves again. I guess they believe everything they read.
For a while you would order a book, then they would call you with a pick up appointment. Drive down, sit in your car and call them. Then a guy would come out looking like he was being sent to the gallows and drop the book off on the cart outside. You were instructed to not get out of your car until the guy was not visible anymore and safely inside his cacoon. Then had to mask up to retrieve the book.
Librarians. My wife was working at the college library when I met her. Sheās not crazy though.
Funny but we just spent mucho dollars making a nice patio area but of course no tables or chairs yet for social distancing.
