Dark blue paint has started “bubbling” and flaking off above the windshield in a patch about 4"x 6" . The “beige gray” primer appears to be tight.
Was the roof repainted at some point?

Hello: I am looking for resolution to a bubble of paint flaking off the roof of my 2014 GMC pickup directly above the windshield above the rear view mirror (4” x 6”)
Take it to a bodyshop and have it repainted. That’s the resolution to the problem. Maybe not the answer you were wanting?
