Of course you can! But bring your checkbook because they won’t fix it for free.

This would probably be cheaper at a good local independent mechanic or even a body shop in this case.
Not for free, but are you sure that’s where the water is coming from?? I had a grommet out of place after they put my hitch on that leaked in the trunk. Thought it was the tail lights. Took a while to find it though so a dealer body shop should know just where to look.
