Sounds like the OP is asking where they can buy door handles that will melt, get sticky, feel toxic… just saying… or maybe buy door handles that will not melt etc… 
But agreed, wrong chemicals or really need to clean your hands way better from whatever…
The plasticizing chemicals in other plastic parts of the BMW’s interior may be outgassing & vapor-depositing on the door handles. A sort of chemical fog. If that’s happening, you’d usually notice it on the glass surfaces as well. Do you feel something sticky on the windshield’s interior that is nearly impossible to remove with just soap and water?
Grab handle on the interior door panels? Peeling vinyl on dash and door panels have been common problems for several vehicle manufactures.
