I have a 2014 Audi A4 with breaks that are starting to squeak. For a break repair job, is it better to take it to the dealer or to a break specialist shop?
I would not take it to a chain shop. You dealership might post prices online, either way compare prices. If you go with an independent and they have different quality levels of parts, get the best quality, it’s worth it if you plan to keep the car.
It is also time to have your brake fluid changed.

They are not in my area. I am not qualified to say. I would, at the minimum check Yelp reviews for that chain. They might be good, but could be bad. The shops might be operated as a franchise, then you are at the mercy of the franchise owner.
