My car clatters (metal on metal) loudly just after starting the engine. I don’t notice this clatter at any other time and I’ve listened for it a lot. Not on acceleration/deceleration, braking, turning, idle, or any other time, just upon it right after starting it.
How many miles on the engine? Do you ever see the red oil light stay on juuuust a little to long when you star the car?
