I have the same problem as Adam R., every time it is fixed after about ten miles check engine lights come on again. The dealer has had my vehicle for the past 8 months trying to solve the problem with no solution yet.

While Nissan/Infiniti might not accommodate this request with a 12 year old vehicle, it wouldn’t hurt to ask them for an appointment–at the dealership–with the regional service supervisor. Those folks can frequently “motivate” a dealership to resolve problems with customers’ vehicles.
Have you tried taking the car to a local independent shop?
Sometimes they can provide a different perspective.
