my honda odyssey 2013 handsfree link sounds terrible to the caller on the other end. It used to work… is there a factory reset? or any other suggestion you may have. It is basically useless at this point. Thanks Karen Leary
Only Honda knows if there is a firmware update. Call your dealer. It may be that the microphone has deteriorated and should be replaced.
Or this is another in a long steady decline in telephone sound quality across the networks an with the phones we all use.
