Check the stabilizer end links because they are probably worned. Very common parts to replace on front wheel drive vehicules.
Try a shop that specializes in suspension work and wheel alignment.
Stabilizer bar end links have nothing to do with steering.
The end links connected to the stabilizer bar, prevents the vehicle from too much body roll when cornering.
