when making a phone call the call goes through but ends when someone answers< same for inbound calls, as soon as I answer the calls end
I believe the Bluetooth transponder is built into the radio. A car stereo shop can probably help.

Have you tried a different phone just to see what happens in that case?
My cell phone does that all by itself. It doesn’t need a Bluetooth automobile system to drop calls.
