Have had and used the bluetooth for 4 years with this phone, but all of a sudden it won’t pair or connect Tried adding it as new and that didn’t happen either.
Sounds like the Bluetooth transponder is bad. On some vehicles it’s built into the radio, on others it’s in the dash or center console. Unfortunately I have no idea where yours is. If you bought your Santa Fe new it might be covered under the bumper-to-bumper part of your warranty. If not, a car stereo shop can probably help.

Dave’s right, but just for grins and giggles, I always suggest folks try a separate phone whenever they have connectivity issues.

I agree with @GorehamJ. Our van kept dropping CarPlay from my wife’s phone while using the GPS. We substituted my phone an all problems subsided. I suspect that there is lint in her cord receptacle.
