Car lurches on initial driv and also during drive/trip
Does it do this only when the transmission is shifting from one gear to the next? When this happens, do you hear the engine race briefly? If it seems unrelated to transmission gear shifts, explain more under what conditions it happens? Slow speed around the neighborhood driving? Freeway driving? Freeway on ramps? Is it affected by engine coolant or ambient temperature?
I had a low speed neighborhood driving lurching problem some years ago w/my Corolla, turned out to be related to slightly clogged fuel injectors and improperly adjust throttle position sensor.
