We have a 2012 Subaru Outback and the check engine light is on, anti skid light flashes, and the brake light is flashing?? Took it to a mechanic and they think it maybe a oxygen sensor $450.00 approx. The code read Bank 1 is running lean? They reset it a week ago and now the lights are doing the same thing? Any thoughts on what it could be?

That proves that there is a problem, Erasing the fault code does not qualify as a repair.
Checking the fuel trim values might indicate that the Mass Air Flow sensor is dirty or failing.
