Transmission will not shift. The van can be driven but when you get to 30 or 40 miles an hour it still has not shifted RPMs 4
Check the fluid level, if it is low add until full. Check to see if it shifts. If not, get thee to a transmission shop. Avoid the chains, look for a well reviewed independent shop. You likely need a rebuild.
