2012 Dodge Charger windshield wipers won't turn off

My windshield wipes will not turn off unless you turn the engine off, but the wiper switch will not turn it off or slow it down. Also the intermittent feature stopped working first before the switch totally stopped working I would like to know if anyone knows how to fix it, thanks?

Likely the wiper motor relay has failed, I’d guess. They cost $3-$4 and just plug in. Look in your owners manual for a fuse box diagram. If that doesn’t fix it, maybe the switch itself has gone bad. Relay is cheaper, try it and see.
