Have a rat in air ducts. Want to know how the ducts run on passenger side, I am trying to block it out.
Have you checked if the cabin air filter has a hole in it?
Because if it does. that’s how the rodent got in.

Do you mean the rat got into the passenger compartment first (through an open window say), then moved into the hvac ducts by chewing through the cabin air filter?
You could try setting a rat trap in the passenger front floor.
A few years ago I had a rat issue in my LIncoln; as I discovered while checking the spare tire pressure. I set a trap, caught two the first day, and that was the end of the rat escapades.
