ok,so whats the issue . Replace the bulbs .

If it is only the low beam, don’t replace the bulb until consulting tsb # 10-08-42-001E
If bulb replacement is needed, replacing the headlamp is a little complicated, the bumper fascia and side shields are in the way, so if you plan to do it yourself, review the repair manual procedure first. Good idea to have the headlight aim accuracy checked afterward.
If you decide to do it yourself, make sure you don’t touch the glass on the new bulbs before you install them. Deposition of dirt and oils from your fingers will cause premature failure.

Looks like if not in Florida or California, replace the bulbs and the seals and maybe the units themselves or take it to the dealer and get the bad news.
