Are there any pending class action law suites pertaining to the Blizzard Pearl paint pealing issue and the fact that Toyota has not included the Highlander in their recall?

The Highlander is not included in the warranty enhancement at this time however with so many complaints about the Blizzard Pearl paint on the Highlander, Toyota might ad this vehicle to the list some day.
Yes, for corolla, camera, rav4, and 4 runner., but not the Highlander.
