ETC light and check engine light comes on, I get codes p2121,p2122 and p2138. I have changed the throttle body and the accelerator pedal position sensor. Dealer has reflashed computer and says they can’t find the problem, told me to just wait until something breaks.
2011 car, You can take this anywhere for service. And your dealer’s mechanics are either not very bright or they don’t want to work on this car.
You threw parts at the problem even though all 3 problems are telling you that there is a wiring issue in the car. These 2 possible faults appear in all 3 error code lists of causes;
- Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
You’ve already eliminated the parts as being a problem. Now it is time to find the broken or shorted wire. Good Luck.

I’m thinking it may be in the throttle position sensor connector, I will be changing it or having someone change it soon. And yes, the dealer is not very bright, they changed the oil once and didn’t reset the change oil light.
