Yes , but not before very long before there is really expensive damage . You might post why you ask and if someone told you that you have one cracked .

Only if it’s not in the car’s engine. Located in the trunk, back seat, front floor, etcetera, is fine.

A Camshaft crack is not the same as a Butt crack. While you can drive with the latter, it is strongly suggested not to drive with the former…
In fact the “latter” is really the only crack that I am aware of that allows you to motor on without much worry…
Who told you this and why did they permit you to drive away without addressing?
