A loud noise coming from the rear of the car which sometimes becomes almost deafening. Drives ok.
Since “a loud noise” isn’t very specific, I’m going to guess you have a hole in your muffler. Any time my car makes a noise I can’t figure out–and usually when I can–I take it to a mechanic.
