No hits on a search, no mention of paint problems on carcompliants, so you’re on your own, it seems.
Super White or Blizzard White pearl painted Toyota’s had an extended warranty on paint until 14yrs old for this problem but only on specific models. You can complain to Lexus but first find a paint shop to get the paint fixed.
I’ve heard that body shops can handle this sort of work.
