Could be, but usually if the neutral safety switch is faulty you will still have power to your lights and radio.
Assuming you do have lights and radio, try shifting from park to neutral, see if it starts.

As usual, @Purebred is correct. What do you mean by “no power”? No power to the starter? Or no power in general?
