You either keep the oil level where it should be - have the engine overhauled - trade for a newer vehicle - and of course you did not say the miles or time between oil changes and that has a bearing on responses. .
How often do you do oil changes?
5000 miles? So 1 quart every 1666 miles? Do nothing, just check your oil every other week! Add as needed.
7500 miles? So 1 quart every 2500 miles? Do nothing, just check your oil every month! Add as needed.
3000 miles? So 1 quart every 1000 miles? Start saving for a new engine or a new car but check your oil every week! Add as needed.
