Then you have a transmission problem and should have it towed to a shop. I’d suggest not using a dealer or one of the big transmission shop chains. Good Luck
dodge used to use a limp mode where trans would stay in 2nd gear. could be as simple/cheap as a solenoid issue in trans.

An independent technician already change the selenoid, the fuse box and even the computer
Did he replace all those parts in an effort to resolve your complaint with the automatic transmission?
If so, is he aware that his repairs didn’t resolve the problem?
