Tail lights and front driving light red, will not turn off when car is off, or will turn on without me being in the car.
Please clarify what this means. Headlight, parking light, a light on the dashboard…?

Those lights are probably controlled by an electronic module. I think it is called the MICU for multiplex integrated control unit. You might try resetting all the modules. Ask your shop to refer to tsb SN 12 -1-7, “Electrical: Try a Battery Reset for Odd Electrical Problems”
