The other night I had just got off of work and I was driving home and all of a sudden when I hit the gas, The car would not go at all, It would just rev up like it was in neutral, But it wasn’t, It doesn’t do it everytime, It will drive for a bit and then just not drive at all what could that be
It is likely a transmission problem. Check the fluid level as a first step. Add if needed. Smell the fluid on the end of the dipstick. If it smells burnt, your transmission has been slipping and may not be long until it needs a rebuild. You might get the problem fixed with a fluid and filter change.
