when Idling for a long time car has a blue smoke. Even when stopped at a red light for a long period of time when take off blue smoke. I was told it was the valve seals on all the 7 series
It very well may be the valve seals. Get a compression test to confirm it’s not the Piston rings.
From what you describe… classic valve seal problem.
