2008 Toyota Yaris - Electrical issues

I’ve had a 2008 yaris almost 4 years I put about 80k miles on it,now has about 145k,a short time after I got it w 55k I noticed the radio would go off if I put hi beams on ,the whole car would shut down sometimes and the power steering wouldn’t work and other similar tricks,not always but you never knew, I took it to the best electric troubleshooter around,(Riley’s),so I had to bring it when it was doing it,he said it was a “positive draw” on system,the car was fixed…for a year, now the fuel gauge goes dim and if I’m driving slow the trans eems to lag behind…not always . is anyone else having this issue and what did you find out or do? thanks
