My radio do not come on. I also have a knocking sound in the rear passenger speaker. I drive a 2008 Lexus IS250. Can you please tell me what you think my problem maybe?

Two other things, I believe on your vehicle the amplifier is located in the trunk. if you have any water leaking in the trunk it could fry the amp.
also, someone else with your problem mentioned there are wires under your cup holder. on his vehicle they shorted out. I guess from spilling liquid. just some thoughts.
