MY VES says region code not set.How do you set it?
I’d start by looking it up in the owners manual. If I didn’t have one, I’d do an internet search for a PDF of the manual. Maybe check Chrysler’s website.

The VES isn’t being recognized by any satellites.
Drive for a while and see if any satellites recognize the VES.
If not, off to the dealer for a re-flash.
And if that doesn’t work, replace the VES system.

I had a rental once that after looking in the owner’s manual, to get the compass to work I had to drive around in circles in a parking lot to calibrate it.
