AC/Heater Recirculation light flashing after cleaning the battery terminal.
The climate control system is “rebooting.” It will do that after any time the battery is disconnected. It should stop blinking after 5-10 miles of driving. If it doesn’t it detected a problem and there will be a stored code you’ll need to have scanned.
On rare occasion after disconnecting the battery the A/C controler loses calibration. To enter the calibration procedure press and hold the power and recirculation buttons for at least 5 seconds, the indicator lights will begin to flash. The calibration procedure takes less than 2 minutes, if any lights flash after calibration it indicates a failure has been detected. The failure indicator should cease after 8 miles of driving.
