2008 Chevrolet Impala - moisture in the headlight

Why does the passenger head light gets moister in it? I own a 2000 Chevy Malibu and it did the same thing, is there a solution for this. Also once it a while it has a clunk sound when you step on the gas.

Because there is a seal in the headlight assembly that has gone bad in this 10 year old car. You could replace the headlight housing and that would solve the moisture and give you nice clear lenses again… I’d do both at the same time - new lights!

May be a bad motor mount or possible a bad stabilizer bar link. Have your mechanic check them out.

If the clunk occurs immediately after you’ve shifted from Reverse to Drive, it’s simply a little slack in the driveline which can be ignored. It’s not harmful.
