I have a 2007 Saturn Vue 2.2 4 cyl, that recently had been hit on the back passenger side (the light fixture and quarter panel, but not the liftgate) of the vehicle by a FedEx truck… Supposedly the dealership has repaired the the damage and blended the paint on the rear passenger quarter panel and the liftgate - however, now, the liftgate will only open intermittently and the latch seems to catch part way in the opening process - also when it does open it seems to lock immediately after each time it has closed. The dealership has since placed the latch and tuned the the mechanism…
Any suggestions?
