surging/shuttering when resuming speed like coming out of a curve
I have a 2007 f150 xlt. This is what I’m experiencing. When I got it, it would just misfire at normal speed and progressively got worse. I replaced the air filter to start and it helped so much, I feel safe driving. It still misfires sometimes and when it resumes speed like you said. I think it’s 7th cylinder spark plug or coil pack. I recommend changing the spark plugs at least and maybe the coil packs.
