2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac - Minimum Rotor Thickness

I’m contemplating replacing the rotors on my '07 Sport Trac. Using a caliper to measure the width of each rotor, what measurement would indicate that l should not turn, but replace them?

Just get new ones and be done with it .That way you can be back on the road sooner .

Should be stamped on either the outer edge or on the hub

If they are not warped and still within specs for thickness and no deep gouging, I just use the old ones as is.

$20 each to turn and a good chance they’ll warp a lot easier
$30 each for brand new quality ones
