The door locks going up and down on their own suggest the voltage powering whatever computer controls the door locks is too low. Suggest asking your shop to assess the charging system and whichever battery powers the computer.

I know the doors lock automatically at some point, i.can’t recall if they automatically unlock when the truck is put in gear or turned off. if they do automatically unlock when the truck is shut off, that may be a clue as to the root cause. It could be something as simple as a bad ignition switch.
In order I’d check the battery connections, the battery condition, and the alternator output. If they’re all ok then the ignition switch.
When it does this does turning it off then back on help?
