Are you asking how to clean it?
You’ll need to be more specific. Do you need a new throttle body? Does your existing throttle body need to be cleaned? Or is it something else?
No Audi experience, but throttle body servicing isn’t usually a routine maintenance item. It’s only done when there are applicable symptoms as diagnosed by a qualified shop.
