I am worried about the reports concerning the 2.5 liter 4 cyl engine in my 2006 Altima sedan. I was told that this engine is prone to early failure if it was made in Nissan’s plant in Tennessee during Jan or Feb of 2016. Please advise.
Also, is the 4 speed conventional auto trans a well made unit or as I was told a piece of garbage? I remain hopeful.
