I have a 2006 kia sorento that kills while driving. Any answers??
Presumably when it dies the check engine light comes on. There should be a code stored from when that happened. Have the code scanned–most auto parts stores will do it for free–and post the code here or just take it to your regular mechanic. I’m not a mechanic but my top-of-the-head guess is a bad fuel pump.

The CEL will always illuminate when the engine stalls. There might not be any error codes.
A bad crankshaft position sensor will cause an engine to stop running

Yes, and fail when hot even though it works OK before it warms up.
How many miles? Does it have oil?
Yes but the engine is dying for a reason, right? It’s worth checking because there just might be a code.
There could be a code but it is much less likely if the CEL doesn’t come on while the engine is running.
