has your gauge cluster needed replacing

Deidra, why do you ask? Are you experiencing a problem? Have you positively isolated the problem to the cluster? Could the problem be the fuel level sensor (fuel gauge sender unit) instead?
I would check with an Infinity dealer, as I see a VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL CAMPAIGN 2005 – 2009 QX56 FUEL GAUGE INACCURACY, issued in May, 2010. The 8 page bulletin (ITB10-020a) outlines steps for technicians to replace the Fuel Gauge Sender Unit.
