2006 Hyundai Elantra - Battery drain issues

When I turn off car the battery is drained.
When the negative cable wasn’t tight on the battery post car would start.
When I got a jump and tightened the negative cable so there is no movement the battery is drained when I want to start the car again after I turn it off.

Car won’t start? Replace battery. It’s new?

You have a parasitic drain… have a mechanuc test for that. Likely the problem is an aftermarket alarm, radio, amps, or remote starter that has partially failed.

From what you say about the issue it sounds like the battery has an internal connection problem.
