computer will not communicate with state inspection station
make sure the fuse for the data link connector isn’t blown . . .
On a Ford it’s usually the same fuse as the cigarette lighter/power port.
Fuses had all been checked.
Then look at the backside of the ALDL and see if any pins have been pushed back out of the sockets so not making connection to the test computer cable.
