took it to 2 mechanics(one who only does transmissions and a regular mechanic). he reset computer, checked housing, and bulbs on turn signals and brake lights, checked all transmission issues as well. they all tell us to take it to a dealer to fix the computer in it. please advise.
Well, presumably you must be having some problems with the van. Maybe it would be good to first describe exactly what the problems are. This would be a logical first step before giving sketchy info about what a couple of mechanics did to try to solve some unstated problem.
