The brake pedal is, and always has been, loose and clunky. Lexus claims that is characteristic of that vehicle. A great car except for this. What can I do to get it fixed?
Ask to see another. I find it difficult to believe it is normal and/or Lexus has not corrected it.
Another “they all do that, it’s normal” answer. Let me guess, this is the same dealer that told you the electrons going to your were too slow? You really need to get away from these folks and find someone competent to fix your car.
