2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser power windows don't work

Engine shut off while driving, requiring a tow back home. Still had full power, just no starter or ignition. Problem was traced to a bad ignition relay fuse under the hood in the fuse box. Problem solved. Now, driver’s side power windows do not work.l

13 year old PT Cruiser. Get used to things that stop working. It will happen a LOT with this car!

I’d say the drivers side window problem is purely coincidental to your earlier failure. Likely the switch or the power window motor has failed.

Yep…figured as much. Actually, so far, I have not had any issues except for a bad water pump (have someone else do this job), and a few replacements of the cam positioning sensor. But I have pretty much given up…time to get a new car.
