im stuck in N . will go into D but will not go into R or Park… is there a release somewhere?
There should be a release located on the console, adjacent to the shift lever.
It will be covered by a very small, removable part on the top surface of the console.
Exact details can be found in your Owner’s Manual.

Sounds like the shift cable has seized. There is no neutral lock inside the shift lever housing.
