2004 Pt Cruiser Turbo just install a new power steering switch and it’s already leaking again?

Not sure if I’m missing something. The power steering switch was leaking so I replaced it, but within a week the switch seems to be leaking. It could be faulty. Does anyone have experience with this issue. Is there another issue that could cause this to happen and be more difficult to see?
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

There’s a component in the power steering pump called a pressure relief valve.

If this valve malfunctions, it shows up in parts in the system with plastic electrical connectors.
