2004 Jaguar X-Type - How often to change oil

I drive about 120 miles a month, mainly short hops. How often should I change the oil? I change iy tearly, on my birthday. Is this OK?

Yes, that should be OK. I personally would (and do) use synthetic oil with a yearly change.
