all dash lights go out, shows no oil and fuel pressure, goes dead. sets up awhile then will crank.
Does the engine stop running just prior to all that occurring? Suggest to clarify the sequence these events occur, including what you were doing just before it started (idling in P?, drivng on freeway?, stopped at stop light, etc) when the engine stalls, for better help here…
Also, when the engine stalls, does it still crank ok with key in “start” … that rrr rrr rrrr sound … but it won’t catch and run? Or won’t it even crank the engine?
